To rent a car with Rentmotors, the driver must provide:
✓ Valid driving license
✓ Valid passport
Renter age - from 21 to 75 years old
Minimum driving experience - 1 year, for luxury and premium vehicles - minimum 3 years
We accept national driving licenses from all countries as long as they are written in the Roman alphabet and issued country is a part of the Vienna road traffic convention.
For licenses issued in non-Roman alphabets, a certified translation is required or International Driving Licence with your national driving license.
We accept the following payment methods at Rentmotors Morocco:
• Credit or debit cards of international payment systems: VISA / MasterCard
Only credit cards (VISA/MasterCard) are accepted for the security deposit.
The exact amount of the deposit is available upon choosing a vehicle during the booking process.
The bank card have to be presented in physical form at the time of vehicle pick-up. The deposit will be blocked for up to 30 business days, depending on the client’s bank. The card must remain valid and active throughout the entire rental period.
The payment card must be issued in the renter’s name, and the renter’s name must be printed on the card along with the card number and expiration dates.
Not Accepted: American Express, Diners, prepaid cards, numberless or nameless cards, neobanks cards.
Basic rates include the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP), which limit the renter’s maximum financial liability to the excess (deductible) amount in the event of vehicle damage or theft.
The liability limitation option for damage or theft applies only if official documents (reports) from the traffic police confirming the accident/incident/theft are provided, and only if the keys and vehicle documents are returned in the event of theft.
If no police reports regarding the damage, accident, or theft are provided, or if the terms of the rental agreement are violated, the renter shall be held fully liable for the actual cost of the damage incurred (the full cost of repairs, or the full value of the vehicle in the event of theft).
To reduce your financial liability for vehicle damage, we recommend purchasing additional coverage options to reduce the renter's liability to zero: Super Collision Damage Waiver and Super Theft Protection options (SCDW + STP).
The standard Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and additional liability reduction options (SCDW) do not cover damage to wheels, tires, mirrors, glass and windows, vehicle interior, roof, suspension, loss of keys and documents, or engine cleaning costs resulting from refueling with the wrong type of fuel.
Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) and Super Theft Protection (STP) - is an additional service that reduces the renter’s liability amount to zero in the event of vehicle damage or theft of vehicle.
Providing traffic police reports regarding the accident is a mandatory requirement.
Mileage Included:
Unlimited mileage for car rentals in Morocco.
Fuel Policy:
The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when received.
Car Wash Policy:
We always provide clean and fully functional vehicles.
Vehicles must be returned clean.
Otherwise, a car wash fee of 50 EUR will apply.
Late Return / Grace period:
The free grace period for returning the vehicle is 59 minutes
Driving Rentmotors vehicles outside the Morocco is prohibited.
• It is prohibited to use the vehicle off public roads, on rough terrain, for crossing water obstacles, or in the forest
• The use of the vehicle in the entrepreneurial activities of the renter or third parties, including as a taxi, is not permitted
• Subleasing and any other transfer of the vehicle by the Renter to third parties is prohibited
• It is prohibited to dismantle or repair the vehicle, as well as to interfere with the vehicle's design or install additional equipment
• Driving the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances is prohibited
Delivery within the city of Casablanca and to Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport (CMN) is free of charge.
A traffic violation, parking fine, and penalty processing fee of 40 EUR applies in addition to the fine amount.
An administrative fee of 80 EUR applies in the event of vehicle damage or a traffic accident.
Other optional services, such as child seats, after-hours pick-up/drop-off, and additional driver registration, are available for rent. The exact costs and delivery address selection are available during the vehicle booking process.
